Commemoration and wreath laying in honour of those who fought at fell at the Battle of Pinkie Cleugh on this day in 1547. Organised by the Old Musselburgh Club.

Meet at the memorial stone off Salter's Road, or else join the Pinkie Cleugh Battlefield Group for a guided walk across the site, leaving from the Roman Bridge in Musselburgh at 11am and concluding at the memorial stone.

Be sure to look out for our Tudor soldiers, who will be arriving at the commemoration at the end of a four day march along the route of the invasion!
